I’ve created a Discord channel where listeners of the Stoic Solutions Podcast and those generally interested in Stoic Philosophy can chat live via mobile devices or desktop!
Discord is a free, easy-to-use, intuitive app which allows people to chat through text in general channels, direct message, and voice communication. Listeners of my newly rebranded Stoic Solutions Podcast and the general Stoic community have communicated through various platforms, but, to my knowledge, have not utilized a live chat feature for engagement at home, work, or on-the-go.
The Stoic Philosophy Facebook group and other Stoic groups have been good places for conversation, but lack interactive real-time features for one large connected chat which Discord provides access to.
