In recent years, following a healthy vegetarian diet, regular exercise, and various mindset changes, I went from about 300 pounds to sustaining 170 pounds. People ask about how I lost weight and which changes I’ve made to my life, so I’ll take some time to talk about my personal reflections and offer words of wisdom from Stoic Philosopher Seneca.
