I recently met with author and independent documentary filmmaker Kenny Luck to record a high-quality short video talking about Stoic Philosophy. I talk about my educational background; topics discussed within Stoic Philosophy such as handling change, improving mindset, being mindful, finding meaning in life; and applications of Stoic Philosophy.
I’ll continue to upload YouTube videos on my channel about these topics and will be hosting an upcoming discussion group concerning gratitude from a Stoic Philosophy perspective for the Humanist Association of Greater Philadelphia. I also recently appeared on an episode of the All Politics is Local podcast — soon to be released — to talk about Stoicism and current events.
